Not only is there an extended cutting board that is 9 1/2 inches deep (front to back) and 1/2 inch thick to provide ample work space. A Turbo Air Mega Top model also boasts additional food pan space - three rows of standard 1/6th size pan increases the ingredient options.
And the food pans are keep at the proper temperatures by Turbo Air's Cold Air Compartment technology which circulates cool air underneath the food pans while also keeping the pans isolated from the undercounter reach in compartment to prevent food spillage or contamination.
