The Hoshizaki KM-201BWH is a water cooled, undercounter ice maker that produces Hoshizaki's signature crescent ice cube. It is a water cooled ice maker, so it uses water to keep its condenser cool. The Hoshizaki KM-201BWH is one of Hoshizaki's smaller undercounter ice makers, measuring 24 inches wide and 39 inches high. This ice maker makes up to 201 pounds of ice in a 24 hour period, and the internal storage bin stores up to 80 pounds of ice. These production levels of the KM-201BWH are relatively low however, so this ice maker is more aptly suited for small scale, ice making.
