Hoshizaki KM-201BWH Details
The Hoshizaki KM-201BWH is a water cooled, undercounter ice maker that produces Hoshizaki's signature crescent ice cube. It is a water cooled ice maker, so it uses water to keep its condenser cool. The Hoshizaki KM-201BWH is one of Hoshizaki's smaller undercounter ice makers, measuring 24 inches wide and 39 inches high. This ice maker makes up to 201 pounds of ice in a 24 hour period, and the internal storage bin stores up to 80 pounds of ice. These production levels of the KM-201BWH are relatively low however, so this ice maker is more aptly suited for small scale, ice making. It will operate well in the very small bars, office break rooms, athletic facilities, or private clubs. The Hoshizaki KM-201BWH also requires only a 115 volt plug for a power source as well. Hoshizaki offers many other benefits with the KM-201BWH that other ice makers do not. The stainless steel evaporator resists wear and tear better than any other, and the Cycle Saver and Ever Check features provide a more reliable, energy efficient ice maker that requires maintenance less often than other ice machines. Water cooled ice machines like the KM-201BWH do tend to use a great amount of water to keep the condenser cool, which can cause your water bill to increase on a monthly basis, and increase as more ice is created.
