Moffat E22M3 Details
The Moffat E22M3 is an electric convection oven designed to accomplish all of the tasks that a larger convection oven handles, in a smaller, more compact piece of equipment. The Moffat E22M3's small size makes this convection oven ideal for businesses without a lot of extra room such as convenience stores or coffee shops. For increased installation options, the unit measures only 24 inches wide, so it can be placed on nearly any commercial countertop, although the rear and sides require 1 inch clearances. Moffat also offers an optional oven stand (SK23) with built in racks providing cooking mobility if necessary.
Note that the E22M3 is not a gas convection oven and only requires a 110-120 volt electrical outlet. The Moffat E22M3 is designed to decrease food cook times, and the Turbofan technology provides a more even heating process. The Moffat E22M3 is capable of holding three 1/2 sheet pans. For greater efficiency and safety, the double paned glass of the drop-down front door minimizes heat loss.
