The Ventless Hood, with its three-stage air filtration system, mounts directly to the top of the oven (note: it requires additional wiring) and eliminates the need for a ducted hood. Finally, the cooking equipment's anti-skid feet sit on the Moffat SK32 stainless steel stand. which comes with 6 built-in racks for full-size sheet pans.
