The Vulcan V260 features ten burners with a 28,000 BTU output. The 24 inch wide griddle and broiler has a 30,000 BTU output. The Vulcan V260 is constructed almost entirely out of stainless steel for added durability. This range has two oven bases and includes one oven rack. Four rack positions are available in each oven. The Vulcan V260 differs from standard ranges as it includes a griddle instead of simply burners.
