The E-DF-12L is an electric heavy-duty stainless steel single tank countertop deep fryer from Empura that includes a faucet for easier draining. The tank holds up to 6 liters of oil and can cook up to 25 lb per hour.
The deep fryer comes with a protective wire grate and 1 fryer basket with a collapsible heat-resistant handle. The fryer uses thermostatic controls to set temperatures from 120 to 375 degrees F.
