The E-PW-120 is a full size non-insulated holding / proofing cabinet from Empura that holds up to (36) 18" x 26" pan capacity.
The holding / proofing cabinet has a removable control door with LED thermostat, a clear lexon door with aluminum frame and an air baffle and circulating air blower. The unit rolls smoothly on 5" heavy-duty casters with brakes.
