The Empura EHP-2 is a 12" wide gas hotplate with 2 cast iron burners (25,000 BTU each) with stainless steel front and sides.
The gas hotplate has durable brass control valves and a full width removable crumb tray. The unit stands firmly on adjustable heavy-duty legs.
The EHP-2 gas hotplate runs on Natural Gas for a total of 50,000 BTUs and it has a 3/4" NPT rear gas connection. A gas regulator comes included with this gas hotplate.
The gas hotplate is ETL listed for the United States and Canada and it is ETL-Sanitation listed.
