The Empura EMSHP-4 is a medium-duty gas hot plate with 4 cast iron burners and cooking grates and chrome manual control knobs.
The gas hot plate features a low profile height and fully welded stainless steel and aluminized steel construction. There is a cool-touch bull nose front on the hot plate that helps protect from burns.
The hot plate has a full-width stainless steel drip pan tray and it stands firmly on 6" heavy-duty legs with height-adjustable bullet feet.
The EMSHP-4 gas hot plate uses Natural Gas and it has a 3/4" NPT gas connection and operates at 104,000 BTU/hr.
The medium-duty gas hot plate is ETL listed for the United States and Canada and it is ETL-Sanitation listed.
