The Hoshizaki KM-520MRJ is an ice machine that produces up to 547 pounds of crescent ice cubes per day. The KM-520MRJ is a remote air cooled ice machine, using the air around it to keep its condenser cool. It measures only 22 inches wide, so it will fit easily among existing appliances, and in tight spaces as well. The Hoshizaki KM-520MRJ can be fit on nine different Hoshizaki ice bins, and atop the larger ice bins, two can be stacked side by side to allow for even greater ice production. The Hoshizaki KM-520MRJ also features a stainless steel evaporator plate - something only Hoshizaki offers - that will provide more consistent ice production, and resist wear, tear, and flaking unlike any other. This Hoshizaki ice machine operates with a 115 volt electrical hookup. Since the KM-520MRJ uses a remote air cooled condenser, the condenser is free to operate in a cooler area, and can be moved outside the building. This also allows the ice machine to operate more quietly, and produce less heat, becoming less of a nuisance to those working around it. Its conservative use of resources has also led the Hoshizaki KM-520MRJ to be an ENERGY STAR Ice Machine
