The Hoshizaki KM-660MWJ is a water cooled ice machine that creates up to 669 pounds of crescent ice in a 24 hour period. This KM-660MWJ measures only 22 inches wide, so it does not require a great deal of space to operate. This Hoshizaki ice machine is equipped with Hoshizaki's latest technology. The EverCheck System constantly monitors the ice machine, and provides audible alerts when problems or issues arise. The CycleSaver Design allows the KM-660MWJ from Hoshizaki to create more ice per cycle than competing ice machines, saving money and time during the ice making process.The KM-660MWJ also features a durable stainless steel exterior as well as a stainless steel evaporator plate. Hoshizaki is the sole company that provides a stainless steel evaporator plate, and this greatly extends the life expectancy of the evaporator. The Hoshizaki KM-660MWJ is a quality ice machine for smaller foodservice establishments, fast food restaurants, and for those with mid to high level daily ice needs. It will however, require a suitable bin or ice dispenser to store the ice it creates. As a water cooled ice machine however, the KM-660MWJ will consume and waste a good amount of water on a daily basis, causing your water bills to increase. Water cooled ice machines do however tend to produce ice more consistently in warmer environments and operate more quietly than air cooled ice machines.
