Ice-O-Matic undercounter cube ice makers are available in different widths and production rates. Some undercounter models produce full cube ice and others produce half cube ice. In addition, Ice-O-Matic has models that are air-cooled or water-cooled, in order to meet your installation location requirements. The undercounter cube ice maker is designed to supply you ice in the location you need it.

Ice-O-Matic ice storage bins are designed to accept an Ice-O-Matic modular ice machine mounted on top. You may need an bin adapter top kit if the width of the bin and ice machine do not match. Note that these ice-O-Matic ice storage bins DO NOT produce any ice whatsoever. If you do not have a modular ice machine to go with the bin, consider ordering an Ice-O-Matic modular ice machine head.

Ice-O-Matic Modular Cube Ice Machines are units with their ice making components located inside the head. Ice-O-Matic has cuber head models available with different daily ice production rates. Note that modular cube ice machines need to be mounted on another piece of equipment that has an ice storage capacity, such as a bin or ice dispenser.

Flake ice is particularly useful for fresh food displays and presentation, since it is soft and shapeable. The Ice-O-Matic Modular Flake Ice Machines are reliable and durable ice makers. Modular ice machines must be mounted on top of a storage bin or dispenser, so be sure to purchase one along with your Ice-O-Matic modular flake ice machine.

Ice-O-Matic Modular Nugget Ice Machine Heads produce Nugget ice (or Pearl Ice, as Ice-O-Matic has called it), which is highly-compressed flake ice. It makes the ice soft and chewable and the nuggets retain the liquid in the crevices. Models are available in a number of daily production rates. The modular ice machines will require a bin or dispenser to hold the nugget ice (sold separately).

Ice-O-Matic ice machine water filters are designed to allow the cleanest and purest water to go to your Ice-O-Matic ice machine. They remove impurities and other contaminants that affect ice's appearance and flavor. Water filtration also reduces the amount of minerals that would slowly build up on internal ice machine surfaces and components. Reducing this mineral scale with an Ice-O-Matic water filter extends the life of your ice machine.
