The Ice-O-Matic CIM0330HW-B25PP is a combination of the Ice-O-Matic CIM0330HW water-cooled half cube ice machine and the B25PP storage bin. The Ice-O-Matic CIM0330HW is capable of producing up to 333 LB of Half-Sized cube ice in a day. The Half-Sized Cube measures 7/8" x 7/8" x 3/8" and is ideal for dispensing, retail beverages, and blended drinks. The cuber head is a low profile model because it measures only 20 inches high. The Ice-O-Matic CIM0330HW requires a 115 volt electrical connection, a water line in for making ice, an additional water line for cooling the condenser, and a drain for both the purged water from ice making AND the waste water from cooling off the condenser. Because it is water-cooled, the CIM0330HW does use significantly more water than a comparable air-cooled model (up to 177 gallons per 100 LB of ice produced). However, since there are no fans, there will be no hot air vented into the area. Plus the Ice-O-Matic CIM0330HW will not require any additional side clearances. Therefore, the Ice-O-Matic CIM0330HW water-cooled cuber head is a good solution when you have limited space or air circulation.
The Ice-O-Matic B25PP storage bin is 30 inches wide and can hold up to 242 LB of ice. The storage bin is a total of 28" high with its 6" adjustable legs. Ice-O-Matic has constructed the B25PP with a rotocast plastic exterior and an inner polyethylene liner. A layer of foam insulation helps to preserve your ice for long periods. The Ice-O-Matic B25PP bin door is molded plastic and flips up for easy access to ice for scooping. A bin drain is located at the back of the unit for removing melted ice.
With the 20" tall Ice-O-Matic ICE0250HW cuber head sitting on top of the 28" tall B25PP bin, the total height of the equipment combination is only 48" high. At this height, the Ice-O-Matic CIM0330HW-B25PP cuber head and bin combo works well for locations with a moderate daily ice requirement and strict limits to ceiling overhead and left-to-right space. The water-cooled model also allows you to avoid the vented hot air of an air-cooled model.
