The E22M3/2C is a 24" wide, electric, double stacked half-size Turbofan convection oven on a castor base stand from Moffat with a mechanical thermostat. There is a (3) half-size sheet pan capacity for each oven. There are pull-down twin pane glass doors with Stay-Cool door handles.
The exterior and castor base stand are all stainless steel. The temperature range is between 150 - 500 degrees fahrenheit and a 60 minute timer with time up alarm. The convection oven has single direction low-velocity fan systems and porcelain enameled oven chambers.
The E22M3/2C is an electric unit and each oven operates at 110-120 Volts, 50/60 Hertz, 1-phase and 12 Amps for 1,500 Watts and fitted with NEMA 5-15P plug cordset. Includes a stacking kit.
