The Moffat E23M3 electric convection oven is designed for the foodservice business requiring cooking equipment with a small footprint. When you have limited counter space, but you need an oven that can handle a heavy workload and cook a variety of menu items with consistency, the Moffat E23M3 convection oven will achieve the results you want. From muffins to chicken breasts, you will be able to produce properly cooked menu items to the satisfaction of your customers, while being efficient with both space, time and energy. The external cabinet of the E23M3 is only 24 inches wide, so it takes up very little counter space. Plus the top and sides are durable stainless steel so it can stand up to the activity of a busy foodservice kitchen. Even the drop down hinged front glass door has a stainless steel frame and heavy-duty hinges.
As for its cooking capacity, the one-piece porcelain, enameled internal compartment of the E23M3 oven can hold up to 3 half-size sheet pans at one time, with just over 3 inches of space between the included chrome-plated wire racks. The Moffat E23M3 oven features the TurboFan bi-directional reversing fan system, which provides the incredibly even heat during the cooking process, at temperatures ranging between 150-500 degrees Fahrenheit controlled by a mechanical thermostat and a variable 60-minute timer. With the E23ME, you know that your menu items will cook properly, and not just on one side or on the outside and not on the inside. Consistent results mean you don't have to worry that your customers will receive less than the best dishes your kitchen can create. For added safety, the door is made with a 2-glass-pane Safe-Touch configuration for very low energy and heat transfer. Fewer potential kitchen injuries due to burns means more productivity for your staff.
The Moffat E23M3 comes with 3 inch stainless steel feet, raising the oven to just under 24 inches high. The unit does require 1 inch clearance at the back and on the left and right sides, extending its footprint to a still narrow 26 inches. Despite its compact configuration, the E23M3 will cook all of your food products to your exacting standards.
Note: For installation, the Moffat E23M3 electric convection oven comes fitted with a NEMA 6-15P cordset. The oven has a 208V, 50/60Hz, 1-phase electrical configuration.
