Moffat E28D4/2C 31-7/8" Turbofan Full-Size Digital/Electric Double Stack Convection Oven With Porcelain Oven Chamber On 3" Castor Base Stand, 208V or 220-240V

The E28D4/2C is a 31-7/8" wide, electric, full-size double stack stainless steel Turbofan digital/electric programmable convection oven from Moffat with (2) bi-directional reversing fans per oven that delivers uniform airflow and a porcelain enameled oven chamber. There is a (8) 18" x 26" full-size sheet pan capacity (4 per oven) with 3-1/8" tray spacing. There is a pull-down twin pane glass door with a Stay-Cool door handle.

There is programmable steam injection that provides wet heat. The digital controls include a display and set of controls for both time and temperature, one displaying the time with power, fan and timer adjustment controls and the other displaying the temperature and program with temperature adjustment, program and moisture controls.

The exterior front, sides and top of the oven are all stainless steel. The full-size double stack stainless steel Turbofan digital/electric programmable convection oven includes a stacking kit with casters.

The E28D4/2C is an electric unit and runs on either 208 Volts, 50/60 Hertz, 1-phase and 25.8 Amps for 5,400 Watts or 220-240 Volts, 50/60 Hertz, 1-phase and 25 Amps for 6,000 Watts. Does not include a cordset.
