The Moffat E32T5 Turbofan Electric Convection Oven is constructed with a variety of technological advancements that allow it to provide unique options for users. The E32T5 may look like any other piece of kitchen equipment, but to the discerning eye, it is a great way to ensure dishes are thoroughly cooked, poultry and meats are juicy, and cookies are perfectly baked.
Made with a stainless steel exterior and porcelain enameled chamber, the E32T5 features a touch screen display that allows you to manually control time and temperature, while recipe operating modes are offered via an icon-driven program. If you want to upload or download recipes from the oven’s memory, a USB port is also included on the unit.
This model also features Moffat's Moisture Injection mode, allowing the operator to increase the cooking effectiveness of the existing heat because the higher humidity in the compartment transfers the heat faster to the item being cooked. The higher amount of water vapor in the air means you could cook with high temperatures without fear of burning or drying out food items. Controlled moisture can be programmed for specific items to improve cooking results. There are 5 different moisture levels, plus a manual injection feature.
Also featured is a Safe-Touch side-hinged door with a pendulum handle for “slam shut” latching, with dual halogen lamps and dual speed.
