Looking to switch to a gas oven? The ENERGY STAR certified G32D5 28-7/8" Turbofan Gas Convection Oven may be just what you're looking for. Or, if you would like to benefit the environment and reduce your carbon footprint, then the G32D5 would be a great choice.
While this convection oven may be powered by gas, it still maintains the quality construction of a Moffat product. Having a stainless steel exterior, the porcelain enameled chamber is attractive and easy to clean. With a capacity of five full-size sheet pans, the G32D5 has a Safe-Touch side hinged door that can switched to hang from either side of the oven. With electronic controls, the digital display allows you to choose from up to 20 program functions, as well as manual manipulation of time and temperature.
This model also features Moffat's Moisture Injection mode, allowing the operator to increase the cooking effectiveness of the existing heat because the higher humidity in the compartment transfers the heat faster to the item being cooked. The higher amount of water vapor in the air means you can cook with high temperatures without burning or drying out food items. Controlled moisture can be programmed for specific menu items to improve cooking results and shorten times. There are 5 different moisture levels plus a manual injection feature.
In order to use the moisture injection option, just tap the appropriate keys. To check on the progress of your products, flip on the two halogen lamps. Be sure to set the oven’s timer to alert you when things are done cooking.
The G32D5 Turbofan convection oven operates at 33,000 BTU/hr and is available as Liquid Propane or Natural Gas. There is a 1/2" NPT gas connections on this convection oven.
The electric components on this gas convection oven runs on 115 Volts, 60Hertz, 1 phase and 6 Amps and it is equipped with cordset and a NEMA 5-15P plug.
The convection oven is ENERGY STAR certified, ETL listed for the United States and Canada, and NSF listed.
