This model ice machine uses a self-contained air-cooled condenser to produce up to 84 lb of crystal-clear, Gourmet style ice per day and has a 24 lb bin capacity. The undercounter ice machines comes in a durable stainless steel finish.
The Gourmet style ice cube is a large, crystal-clear and slow melting form of ice in the shape of a small shot glass that brings an elegant touch to any beverage. Ideal for mixed drinks and fine dining, the perfectly clear ice is formed by a special freezing process that gives them a superior ice-to-water ratio. Gourmet style ice cubes are larger than other types at 1" x 1-1/8" x 1-1/4" (2.54 x 2.86 x 3.18 cm) and exceptionally effective at keeping drinks chilled.
The CU0515GA-1 Gourmet ice machine is an electrical unit that runs on 115 Volts, 60 Hz, 1-phase that has a wire cord provided at rear of the ice machine. The unit includes legs that allow for cleaning below the ice machine.
