There is a self-contained air-cooled condenser on the FS0522A-1 flake ice machine that makes up to 450 lb of ice per day. There is a self-aligning front panel on this flake ice machine that provides better access to key internal components and it has a front-located air filter that is easy to remove and replace after cleaning.
The slow-melting and soft flake ice cools more efficiently than other ice forms. The flake ice form is ideal for blended cocktails, seafood or produce displays, or for therapeutic use.
The Prodigy Plus machines are known as the world's only self-monitoring ice machine with advanced self-diagnostic AutoAlert LED indicator lights that constantly display operating status and alerts to indicate diagnostic issues.
