The True TCGG-36-LD includes a self-enclosed, factory-engineered capillary tube system, which runs an eco-friendly refrigerant. The gravity coil refrigeration system provides a high level of humidity, ensuring the quality of meats and cheeses. This design also boasts an extra large evaporator coil that is balanced with an oversized condenser, which can be found in the back of the appliance. The interior contains NSF approved white aluminum sides and top, and is complimented by a stainless steel floor with coved corners, allowing for easy cleaning.

The heavy duty steel frame is resistant to corrosion, due to black powder coating, and is also equipped with leg levelers. The outside of the case is resistant to both chipping and peeling, thanks to the white laminated vinyl. The energy-efficient doors boast a self-closing mechanism and a secure seal. The curved, double pane glass on the front windows make them efficient and energy-saving. It also makes them tempered for customers’ safety.
