The E-FW-1500W is a 4/3 size electric countertop food warmer from Empura with a 27" x 10" opening that is designed to hold (4) 1/3 size food pans up to 4" deep in a 6 1/2" deep well.

The stainless steel food warmer has a 20 gauge 18/8 stainless steel interior well. The food warmer uses an adjustable thermostat knob to keep food above 140 degrees F.

The Empura E-FW-1500W countertop food warmer runs on 120 Volts, 60 Hertz, 1-phase and 12.5 Amps for 1500 Watts and it has a 5 ft power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
