Hotel ice dispensers are designed for high volume dispensing, but require a modular ice machine to be attached at the top in order to produce ice. Hotel ice machines are available in either 22" or 30" widths. The dispenser clearance is high enough that you can use fill buckets with ice directly from the dispenser.
