Empura E-CHM-36/LPG Black Diamond 35" Liquid Propane Infrared Cheesemelter, 36,000 BTU

The E-CHM-36/LPG is a 35" wide, heavy-duty stainless steel infrared gas cheesemelter from Empura with cool touch control knobs with instant ignition buttons and a built-in stainless steel 4 slot rack system.

The cheesemelter has 3 infrared burners and the chamber is 10" high x 26 1/2" wide x 17" deep. There is a standing pilot light that provides instant ignition on this cheesemelter, a chrome-plated broiler rack with bakelite handles, and a full-width stainless steel crumb tray that makes it easy to clean. The unit stands firmly on non-slip rubber feet and optional 6" stainless steel legs are available.

The E-CHM-36/LPG gas cheesemelter runs at 36,000 BTU/hr and operates with Liquid Propane with adjustable gas valves. There is a 3/4" NPT rear gas connection on this cheesemelter.

This infrared gas cheesemelter is ETL listed for the United States and Canada, and it is ETL Sanitation certified.
