The Moffat P8M 28-7/8" Turbofan Electric Proofer & Holding Cabinet may be just what you need to make your kitchen and/or bakery more efficient when producing tasty items.

The Moffat P8M has a sturdy and attractive stainless steel construction for its outside and inner chamber, with a reversible side-hinged door. It can hold eight full-size sheet pans, and sixteen half-size sheet pans, making it a very efficient proofer and holding cabinet. Directed by a mechanical thermostat, the P8M’s single-speed fan moves air evenly throughout the cabinet, which also offers control over humidity levels. The P8M is mounted on both rigid and swivel castors, and offers a wheel lock to help keep it in place.
