The Hoshizaki KM-301BAJ is an air cooled undercounter ice machine that produces Hoshizaki's signature crescent ice cube. As an air cooled ice machine, it uses the air around it to keep the condenser cool. The Hoshizaki KM-301BAJ is one of Hoshizaki's midsized undercounter ice machines, measuring 30 inches wide and 39 inches high. This ice machine makes up to 290 pounds of ice in a 24 hour period, and the internal storage bin stores up to 100 pounds of ice. These production levels of the KM-301BAJ are relatively low however, so this ice machine is more aptly suited for those with small scale ice needs. It will operate well in the very small bars, office break rooms, athletic facilities, or private clubs. The Hoshizaki KM-301BAJ also requires only a 115 volt plug for a power source as well.
